American Siepmann was founded in 1983 to serve the needs of the North
American cutlery, garden tool, and edged hand tool industries. Located
in Rochester, NY; We are the exclusive distributor of the E. Siepmann &
GmbH which manufactures CNC grinding and polishing equipment in
Solingen, Germany.
In addition to distribution, we provide full service and support of all products we sell - including a complete service department to provide installation / training assistance, as well as a large inventory of spare parts. We also carry a full line of cutlery sharpening, edge testing, and cutlery related equipment manufactured by CATRA, of Sheffield, England. Our 14,000 foot manufacturing facility is devoted to the manufacturing of custom formulated grinding wheels, to meet the most demanding grinding requirements in the industry.
